American Edit

My blog is good for more than a linear combination or regurgitated Boingboing links and personal whining, I swear!

Anyway, over at Boingboing they linked to American Edit. I'll point out that American Idiot, Green Day's latest album, has probably been my favorite music purchase this last year. I know, I would have bought it in 2004 if I was a real fan, but hey.

Anyway, it's a mashup of the album. It's not quite on par with some of the really uber mashups I've found floating around out there (see: The Kleptones), but it is pretty good. In particular, the Dr Who on Holiday provides a surprisingly good harmony, yes harmony between the two mixed tracks. I am pleased.
