The console itself doesn't excite me much...

But why didn't I read stuff like this when I was a kid? Maybe a similar briefing could have saved me buying my own PSX with my hard-earned pizza money.

Not that I can complain, really. We had an Atari before I knew they existed, and we got a NES pretty quick off the line too.
